All orders placed outside of our operating hours will be shipped on the first business day back.

  • Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED
  • Tasmanian School Holidays: 
    • Monday 15th April: 10am to 3pm
    • Tuesday 16th April to Tuesday 23rd April - closed for family holiday & EASTER. 
    • Wednesday 24th April: 10am to 3pm
    • Thursday 25th April: CLOSED for ANZAC Day
    • Friday 26th April: 10am to 3pm


For payments made via Bank Deposit or PayPal eCheque, your order will not be shipped until your payment has been cleared. 

We cannot be held accountable for delays by Australia Post.

Please select Express Post as your shipping option if you require an order by a specific date to avoid disappointment.

Local pickup:

Local pickup is available strictly by prior arrangement for customers in the Hobart area. Please contact us prior to making your purchase.

Australian Shipping:

Regular Post: (3-10 business days) Australia Post 

  • $6.60 for Orders up to $79.99 AUD
  • FREE for Orders over $80.00 AUD

Express Post (with tracking): Australia Post Express (1-3 business days with tracking)  $11.00

International Shipping:

International mail is subject to customs examination in the destination country, and may result in delays. Also, upon delivery, international orders may incur a local import duty and/or local tax based on the value of the order. The purchaser is responsible for payment of any duty or tax incurred at the destination country.

New Zealand: Standard Pack & Track International (with tracking) 6+ business days. You should note that import duties for NZ are quite steep. Orders over approx $190 AUD will be subject to these duties.

  • $7.50 (Half-Price) for Orders over $80.00 AUD

ALL other countries: Standard Pack & Track International (limited tracking) 8+ business days 

  • $17.00 for Orders up to $79.99 AUD
  • $8.50 (Half-Price) for Orders over $80.00 AUD

PLEASE NOTE: You select your shipping option AFTER you have selected "Go to Checkout" proceeded through your payment option and entered your shipping address, you can then choose your preferred shipping option. 

RETURNS POLICY (as per Section 20: Terms and Conditions)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason (this does not apply to special orders or custom items), return the item unused and in 'as new' condition, in original packaging with tags, for an exchange or refund.

Please notify us by email to within 28 days of the purchase for approval to return the item.

The return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser or returning person.  Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our studio; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. This means that if your parcel is lost in the post, you will be able to claim from the carrier who posted your parcel.

Note: items returned for exchange or refund that do not present in 'as new' condition upon their return will not be refunded or exchanged.
